Day 1

Marwa's Cupcakery

Our story began in the heart of Bass Hill back in 2020, right in our home. When COVID-19 hit hard, we found joy in creating filled doughnut bombs. What started as a small venture named Marwa's Cupcakery, focusing on cupcakes, soon evolved as our passion for doughnuts grew stronger.

Hume Highway

Our First Shop

By late 2022, we took a big step and opened our very first doughnut shop in a petrol station on Hume Highway, Bass Hill. It was a small spot, but the love and support from all of you made it feel huge. Recognition started pouring in, and the highlight came on November 9, 2023, when the Sunday Morning Herald visited us and headlined us as "Worth The 12 Hour Drive." That was a moment of immense pride and joy for us.

Boston Doughnuts Cafe

The Grand Opening

Our biggest milestone yet was on December 9, 2023, when we celebrated the grand opening of Boston Doughnuts Cafe. This beautiful new shop in Bass Hill Plaza became our main storefront, a place where we could finally bring our full vision to life. Thanks to your support, Boston Doughnuts has grown into one of Sydney's favorite doughnut destinations.
